  1. All USCSA National Registration is to be done using our online system.

  3. Note* This system will only register you with the national organization.  You also need to contact your Conference Coordinator to register with your particular local conference.
  4. After your forms are completed, you should make copies for your Team records.

Please print out the USCSA Membership and Dues application. This form has to be mailed in to the National office with payment.

IMPORTANT!!

The 2007 USCSA membership dues deadline is November 20th, 2007!! The following late fees will apply – (Late fees do not apply for new institutions)

Late fees

After Nov 21st:       $50

After Dec 15th:       $150

After Jan 1st:          $200

After Feb. 1st:         $400
